A visit to the Ali Pasha castle in Anthousa will allow you to get started in the cultural history of the area. This imposing castle is one of the most well-preserved castles in Greece. It was built in 1814 by Ali Pasha, in order to control from there the invincible Parga. The most famous necromancy of the ancient Greek world is twenty minutes away. Finally, take a day trip to the fountains of Acheron and the gates of Hades in just a thirty minute drive from the accommodation.
